If you have an appetite for growing your business, then consider becoming a part of the area’s oldest networking group, Porter County Business League!

Who can apply for membership?
Business men and women of integrity, whose business is in, or impacts, Porter County are welcome to apply. The size of the business is not a consideration for membership. You may be an entrepreneur, an officer of a corporation, or a sales person. You must demonstrate leadership and responsibility, have the authority to represent the business, be willing to help other member businesses and be committed to improving business in Porter County.

How much are the membership dues for the League?
The initial membership fee is $100 and monthly dues are $25. There is also the cost of time; members are expected
to be diligent in attendance at weekly meetings. However, our generous attendance policy does allow for up to twelve absences per year.

What are the benefits of membership?
As a member of the Porter County Business League, you will be part of a network of business men and women that make every effort to recommend your business to any one who might be in need of your products and/or services. It’s like expanding your sales force ten-fold!

Each member also speaks about their business to the group two to three times per year – so members have a good working knowledge of all member businesses in order to make referrals to friends, families and colleagues.

Occasionally, outside speakers are invited to speak to the membership on topics of importance to the Porter County business community.

How do I apply for membership to Porter County Business League?
To obtain our Membership Application online, click here. References from two business people and attendance at three meetings are also required for membership approval. Simply provide a Recommendation Form (click here to obtain our recommendation form) to two business colleagues for completion and have them mail the completed form directly to the address on the form. Upon approval of your membership application and acceptance into the League, the initial membership fee of $100 is due and monthly dues will commence.
