What are the benefits of this program to members?
As a member of the Business League, you will be part of a network of business men and women. You may receive valuable business referrals and information about the other businesses represented by the membership. You will have the opportunity from time to time to explain your business to the membership and visitors. Occasionally, outside speakers are invited to speak to the membership on topics of importance to business in Porter County.

Who can apply?
Business men and women with integrity whose business is in, or impacts on, Porter County are welcome to apply. The size of the business is not critical. You may be an entrepreneur, an officer or a professional. You must demonstrate leadership and responsibility, have authority to represent your business, be willing to help other members businesses, and be committed to improve business in Porter County.

How much does membership in the Business League cost?
The initial membership fee is $100. There are monthly dues of $25. There is also the cost of time; members are expected to be diligent in attendance at weekly meetings.

How do I apply to the Porter County business League for membership?
A membership application will be provided to you upon request. Simply complete the application and submit it to the Business League with your initial memebership fees. You will need to provide references and attend three meetings prior to submission. If you are accepted for membership, the monthly dues for the first month of your membership are to be paid promptly.
